Exploration Project

Wishbone

Wishbone
overview

The Wishbone discovery, is the first of its kind on the Obonga Greenstone Belt and is marked by impressive drill intercepts, including 27.3m of massive sulphide and 51m of sulphide-dominated mineralisation.  In addition significant zinc intervals have been discovered, including 3.6m at 3.9% Zn, 2m at 6.8% Zn and 4.3 g/t Ag, with individual assays up to 11.65% Zn.  This suggests proximity to metal-rich fluid flow.

Other notable discoveries

  • Conceptual model shows the potential for multiple horizons very close together.

  • Copper also identified within the same drill core.

  • Anomalous high-grade copper in lake sediment close to target area increases confidence in prospectivity.
